The client requested our support to request the refund of the fines paid as a consequence of the customs audit to which it was subject, since it was not satisfied with them.
In order to meet the client’s request, we prepared a brief questioning the legality of the fine imposed and requesting the refund of the fines plus the applicable interest. We are currently awaiting the response from the Customs Administration.
