The client requested our assistance to solve an operational incident that occurred at the port of Callao. This involved a dispute with an important client for the company, as well as the possible loss of the cargo involved.
As required, we assisted the client through coordination with the parties involved, as well as with the Customs Administration. Likewise, we analyzed the situation and proposed options to reduce the risks of the incident. As a result, the incident was successfully overcome.
