We assisted our client in a restructuring process for the expansion of its business in Peru. The Client has increased its number of retail stores in our country as well as its payroll and needed advice for this process.
In this case we assisted the client in the analysis, design and implementation of the most convenient option for a new corporate structure from a tax, labour and corporate point of view. Our assistance started with the analysis of potential options for the client, and finally with the incorporation of a Newco as part of this reorganization process.
This was a very important restructuring process for our client, who benefited with our vast experience in this type of transactions. The latter knew that the structure implemented, has been analysed from an overall perspective and therefore no contingencies from the latter should arise in the future.
