We are assisting Sea Shepherd Conservation Society in establishing a non-profit entity (civil association) in Peru, as a first step to start its future operations in Peru, with several projects in order to protect marine wildlife.
We are assisting our client in all the necessary steps from a Peruvian legal perspective to conclude this process and afterwards to start operations.
This is a very important endeavour, as Peru possesses one of the richest marine wildlife ecosystems in the world.
