We are advising a new Chilean client in the implementation of a new business with a strategic partner in the maritime sector. This new endeavour will provide complimentary services to big players through a Newco. As of today, we have advised in the structure of the transaction and the drafting of the MoU.
Our client will provide the know-how of the business and has found a potential partner with the ownership of a great land that would permit not only to develop the new production business but also to count with enough additional space to eventually increase the initial production capacity.
