Clinica Diospi Suyana was denounced for the death of a person despite the fact that it provided care for the circumstances of the case. Susalud initiated a sanctioning process and sanctioned Diospi Suyana with 138 UIT. We filed an appeal for reconsideration alleging and demonstrating that she had been given first class care. Susalud resolved and declared one charge founded but another unfounded. We have appealed and the proceeding is pending resolution in the final instance.
