A micro-enterprise qualified as a consumer, denounced Lenovo for allegedly having sold a laptop not in accordance with the characteristics offered. In the case we were able to file the proceeding in favor of the client.
The case is relevant because it develops the concept of the scope of protection of consumer legislation by establishing that the purpose of the good acquired must also be verified, which in this case was a good of mixed use as it was used for economic activities as well as for the consumer’s personal purposes.
