We provided advice on Consumer Protection and Advertising issues to the Dominican airline Arajet, which recently started operations in Peru.
As part of our advice to our client, we review their policies, terms and conditions of the air transport contract, as well as the analysis of the advertising offered in the market, to adapt the system of operations in Peru without violating the consumer legislation.
