We advised Saam Towage regarding the preparation and elaboration of an additional document which was a “Booklet” as a Short-Handbook /Guide Document to be included in the Compendium related to our client’s Free Competition Compliance Programme, in the Peruvian case. Thus, our client asked for a practical guide based on the Handbook on Free Competition. Therefore, in this “Booklet” we included and summarized the main rules and cases regarding free competition, unfair competition and merger control rules for the purpose of distributing it among SAAM employees and the SAAM staff in Peru. The result of the Booklet as an additional document was highly satisfactory for the client.
