We advised Viva Airlines regarding a request for information from Indecopi related to an alleged differential treatment by the airlines in relation to travel agencies, when requesting a change of tickets. This, in relation to an alleged commercial policy of refusing to attend to requests for ticket changes from passengers who purchased their tickets from travel agencies. In this regard, we advised Viva in the formulation of six (6) responses to the authority related to this issue and the participation of an interview with the authority to absolve them, which was finally satisfactory for Indecopi.
