KAEFER KOSTEC S.A.C is a Peruvian company, part of the multinational KAEFER group, world leader in industrial services.
KAEFER has entrusted us to represent them in an important arbitration against Consorcio Cosapi-JJC-SC related to the breach of various obligations and compensation for damages caused in the execution of a scaffolding lease for the remodeling project of the Talara Refinery.
In this project, whose execution value currently exceeds US$6,000,000,000, Kaefer has not only provided equipment to the defendant but has also carried out part of the work, as we indicate later in Matter 10.
The importance of this arbitration lies in the fact that its resolution will allow the contract to be concluded and, in addition, a compensation for the damages generated in the scaffolds that have been returned by the defendant after having been used.
