We are legal counsels of Banco Finandina in its expansion project to Peru. We are advising the client in the analysis of the regulatory and legal framework related to its financing operations in Peru and the implementation of a financing company locally.
The expansion project is still at an initial stage; therefore, we are currently developing documents (i) for their organization and incorporation in Peru; and (ii) for the establishment of its business operations. In addition, we are generating contact with authorities and other stakeholders of its business in order to build up a relationship with such contacts that may help in the next steps of the launch of the business.
This project is relevant since the offer of financial services will be wider and more competitive for the Peruvian market. Moreover, as the business plan of the Client is in essential virtual, these services will be accessible to a wider group of the public than traditional financing services in Peru.
