We have assessed our new client Shein, a global e-commerce platform company specialized in fast fashion, in the review of regulatory compliance for its platform. In this sense, we have analyzed the product categories involved and the legal requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance for its importation.
Such review involved the legal analysis of applicable regulations and administrative procedures of the State entities responsible for the regulation of such products.
