We have provided legal advice regarding the new draft regulation of the AI Law. The Secretariat of Government and Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council Ministers has presented two drafts to date. Both drafts contain several inconsistencies regarding provisions that go beyond those established by the AI Law, in addition to implying an extraterritorial application of the regulation.
This has been carefully reviewed and analysed by our TMT team, resulting in a comprehensive report on these inconsistencies.
