We advised our client Yanbal regarding an Escrow Agreement and general advice with respect to SaaS agreements. Particularly, we advised regarding security protocols and measures, as well as incident response plans, from the Peruvian legal perspective. In this regard, the client was advised on regulatory compliance related to security measures and the verification of the IRP protocol, which is essential to consider in the event of a security incident that may comprise key information. Guidance was also provided on the contractual provisions that should outline the cyber risk mitigation strategy.
