Our firm provided advice to ACS Solutions Peru S.A. on the implementation of a test project for the local transportation authority Urban Transport Authority for Lima and Callao (ATU), which is a specialized technical body of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, in order to implement a fare collection system of 4 stations of an extension of the local BRT Metropolitano in order to allow to start a pre-operative phase of the extension and allow the measurement of passenger demand for the complete extension.
Our role involved the design of the contractual mechanism to implement the solution, as well as to finance the implementation, and the subsequent negotiation with the local authority until the signature of the implementation agreements.
