Administracion Food Regional S.A.C., is the holding administrator of one of the largest retail companies in Peru: Supermercados Peruanos, part of the Intercorp business groups. Administracion Food Regional grants back office to Plaza Vea Supermarket, Vivanda Supermarket, Mass Stores, Makro Supermayoristas, Jokr S.A., and Operadora de Servicios Logísticos S.A.

We are providing legal assistance in a very large data protection audit, that included eight (8) companies of the Supermercados Peruanos retail group regarding the status of compliance of the data protection regulation, data protection risk assessment and quantification of possible contingencies. We are also providing legal assistance with the implementation of the data protection rules within the group.
