We are providing legal assistance in a very large data protection audit, that included eight (8) companies of the Supermercados Peruanos retail group regarding the status of compliance of the data protection regulation, data protection risk assessment and quantification of possible contingencies for each company.
Among the topics covered in the audit were those related to the marketing channel, exercise of ARCO rights, information security, among others.
We are also providing legal assistance with the implementation of the data protection rules within the group.
