Air Canada

The client requested our assistance in adapting to the new requirements established by the customs authority to maintain its foreign trade authorization, specifically those associated with the registration of the new customs representative and the clearance assistant. Failure to comply with such requirements implied the imposition of fines and even the suspension of the authorization required by the company to carry out its operations. In view of this, we assisted the company in identifying the pending requirements and in registering the persons who would occupy the new positions required by the Customs Administration (customs representative and clearance assistant). In this way, the Company avoided the imposition of sanctions.
