The client requested our support due to the malfunctioning of the accesses they had to enter into the customs system and perform the transmission of customs declarations. This malfunctioning prevented them from numbering declarations and, therefore, from carrying out their foreign trade operations normally.
As requested, we identified the cause of the malfunction and contacted the customs authority to coordinate a solution to the problem. Thus, we submitted formal requests and kept in contact with the authority until the client was granted new access codes and was able to resume customs operations.
