New regulation on Payments Agreements was published late 2022, applicable to Credit and Debit Cards Payments Networks. Our client American Express requested our advice. We provided legal analysis, including meetings with Peruvian Central bank, the elaboration of a Gantt Chart and a Memo with all the requirements, disclosures and obligations that the client will have to comply.
Also, we have been providing support regarding all the documents that would need to be reported to the Central Bank of Perú.
