The client requested our support to review the port terminal tariff information to be transmitted to the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism through the MISLO module. The non-compliance of the transmission implied the imposition of fines.
In response to the request, we reviewed the information to be submitted and made the necessary adjustments to align it with the applicable regulations. In this sense, the client was able to avoid the imposition of fines by complying with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
