APM TERMINALS CALLAO S.A.

As part of its contractual obligations, APM terminals must comply with minimum key performance indicators, which measurement milestones are established through a methodology approved by the National Port Authority. Supervision is the responsibility of the Supervisory Agency for Investment in Transportation Infrastructure for Public Use (OSITRAN). In this context, our participation has been active in the design of the defense strategy against the alleged imposition of penalties and sanctions by OSITRAN, which can amount up to US$ 800 million.
