Our client, concessionaire of the North Terminal Multipurpose Port of Callao, has entrusted us its representation in an important process regarding the interpretation of the Concession Contract of the company DP World, concessionaire of the South Terminal of the Port of Callao related to the type of cargo that could be attended by that terminal.
According to their contract, DP World can only serve containerized cargo while our client can attend all types of cargo.
The result of this process will determine whether DP World is a direct competitor of APM Terminals Callao S.A. in the attention of load other than containers and, therefore, will directly affect the commercial activities of both port terminals.
