The client requested our support in the revision of its logistics services contract, in order to align it with its interests. The importance of the contract lies in the fact that it would be signed with the main company in charge of the logistic operations of the client’s import dispatches. In response to this request, we evaluated the contracts and included clauses that were in the client’s best interest and sought to provide security to its foreign trade operations.
