To this end, the firm was in charge of: – Establishment of the branch office was obtained in a short time (no observations were made by the public registry) we coordinated with DR all the documents and minutes were formalized in order to prevent observations form the public registry, which was achieved. This step is essential since with this act all the permits and authorizations can be requested before different public and private entities. – Flight Permit: PVI: we review all the documentation provided by the parent company and the preparation of complementary documentation in accordance with the provisions of Peruvian regulations. We also obtained the approval of slots and permanent coordination with the DGAC (Peruvian aeronautical authority), the airport operator (Lima Airport Partners -LAP) and the air traffic controller (CORPAC). – International Operating Permit- IOP: The air services agreement signed between Peru and the DR was enacted while the establishment of the branch. We explained the benefits of it to the DGAC in order to apply the aerocommercial rights between those countries and for the approval of Arajet’s certificate of designation as a designated foreign airline in a very fast process. – Security Program: We have to adapt DR’s approved security program to the Peruvian aeronautical regulations to safeguarding against acts of unlawful interference in civil aviation. It should be noted that the approval of this document by the DGAC is a prerequisite for the granting of the IOP. – Essential facilities contracts with LAP for Check-in, baggage inspection by X-Ray Machines (HBS) and Airport Use Tariff (TUUA): for this purpose, the files were prepared with economic and financial information.
