Diospi Suyana requested our legal assistance to challenge a resolution issued by the Customs Administration that decreed the seizure of several imported goods. The referred confiscation is a sanction that implies the loss of ownership of the goods.
In response to Diospi Suyana’s request, we prepared the corresponding appeals and assisted them in obtaining additional documentation to that presented before the seizure, which reinforced the importer’s position. Even though the procedure is in process, there is a high probability that the sanction imposed by the Customs Administration will be reversed.
