ATIQ GRUPO LOGISTICO S.A.C. (ATIQ), is a company of Peruvian capital, conformed by professionals oriented and dedicated to deliver the best integral service in all areas of International Trade. ATIQ was born in response to the growing market demand and the need for companies with experience in international trade; responding to the requirements and/or changes required at the local and international level, offering all the services involved in an international transport operation, such as: Maritime, Air, Land and Multimodal Cargo, Customs Services, Warehousing, Cargo, and Distribution Insurance, etc.
ATIQ has commissioned the litigation team of Estudio Olaechea to collect a debt owed by the company Xtrata Underground Solutions Services S.A.C. (Xtrata), which contacted ATIQ to perform the logistics service of maritime transport of its cargo which originated in the port of Santos – Sao Paulo, Brazil, to and as destination the port of Callao-Lima, Peru. The cargo was shipped on September 20, 2021, arriving at destination on October 10, 2021, in this case the Carrier was Hamburg Sud (Maersk).
That is, ATIQ provided the requested service, but Xtrata has not complied with paying the invoices generated by the service. ATIQ turns to Estudio Olaechea in 2023, as indicates that they know of the successes we obtain in collections. Therefore, in the coming days we will be starting the judicial process of payment in dollars, where Xtrata will have to demonstrate irrefutably the reasons why they do not comply with paying ATIQ.
