We advised Atria in a query regarding the legal analysis of the effects of a corporate liquidation (pursuant to Law No. 26887, General Companies Law) or an insolvency liquidation (pursuant to Law No. 27809, General Law of the Insolvency System – LGSC) of Arte Express y Compañía S.A.C.
In this regard, we issued an assessment of the scenarios regarding these two (2) kinds of liquidation. And at the same time, we analysed these scenarios and the rights that rises for Atria in such cases, as well as such scenarios, solutions and options in relation with the Power and Associated Electrical Energy Supply Contracts which were subscribed between Atria and Arte Express and that established a relation of obligations for Arte Express before Atria.
