In 2020, a contract was executed with the company Camposol S.A. and other affiliate companies, which stipulated energy prices that responded to market conditions at that time.
However, over the last few years, electricity market conditions have changed, making the contract and its prices unviable for Atria. Therefore, Atria has reached out to Camposol in order to modify the renovation conditions, but yet the Parties have not been able to reach an agreement.
In this context, Camposol has initiated an emergency arbitration proceeding against Atria to prevent Atria from breaching the energy supply contract and has requested the imposition of an interim injunction for this purpose.
