We are defending our client in a claim and tort liability proceeding initiated by the company Cerrón Muñoz SAC, in which a compensation of US$ 116’150,251.00 American Dollars is being requested. During the process, by means of a procedural defense, we have achieved the definitive exclusion of the claim for compensation by confirming its inadmissibility, which has eliminated the material contingency for our client.
