Beatriz Sumar is a businesswoman who is dedicated to the real estate leasing business. She owns a property located in Miraflores, one of the most modern districts of Lima, which she rented to a lawyer.
Unfortunately, during the term of the rental agreement, this lawyer died. This lawyer’s mother continued to rent the property. However, at the end of the contract, she did not deliver the property to Beatriz, but rather she decided, unilaterally, to give possession of the property to her nephew’s company, Empresa Ejecutora y Supervisora R & P S.A.C. This company, in turn, decided to grant possession to another company. In this way, there were four people, including the deceased lawyer’s mother, her relative and the two companies who were in the property.
Our sponsorship consists of designing the legal strategy so that Beatriz Sumar can recover the property and be paid compensation for damages for the unauthorized use of the property.
Currently, the claim before the Judiciary has been admitted and is being processed.
