We advised our client, a global commercial real estate services firm, in the review, amendment and negotiation of a facility management services contract in the «Fortaleza Huarmey» toll units, central warehouse and administrative offices, located north of Peru whose concession was granted by the Peruvian State in favor of Autopista del Norte S.A.C.
The important thing about this review and negotiation is that a concession contract signed with the Peruvian State was used as a reference, so the terms of the contract for the provision of Facility Management services had to respect in all respects what was agreed with the Peruvian State without unprotect our client.
Part of our review and modification of the contract was the inclusion of our client´s Global Minimum Contract Terms, the same ones that regulate the limits in terms of liability that must be included in all contracts signed by Cushman globally.
