DRAEGER PERU is a subsidiary of the Drägerwerk company, which is dedicated to the development, production and marketing of equipment and systems for medical, safety and diving applications. DRAEGER PERU was advised by our team in its participation in Public Tender No. 84-2019-ESSALUD/CEABE-1 for the acquisition of 131 anesthesia machines to be distributed in the main hospitals of different provinces throughout Peru. The Public Tender had an estimated reference value of US$ 8,807,000.00. The advice to DRAEGER involved a detailed review of the eligibility and qualification requirements of the offers; as well as a legal and technical review of the bids to be submitted in the framework of the Public Tender, where observations were made and documents that were part of the bids were modified, in order to avoid questions by the Evaluation Selection Committee.
