We are advising Draeger, a German medical equipment Company, in four (4) execution of arbitral award against: Hospital Regional de Ica, Consorcio Salud del Carmen Consorcio Salud Camaná Gobierno Regional de Lambayeque Draeger has won successfully the four (4) arbitration processes and the Arbitral Tribunal has ordered that the defendants must pay to Draeger. Currently, these four (4) arbitral award execution processes are being processed before the Judiciary.
