We are advising Draeger, a German medical equipment Company, in two (2) arbitrations against the Regional Public Entity of Apurimac. Draeger has sold several medical equipment of great importance to treat the COVID – 19. This public entity has not paid the value of the equipment, which is approximately 400,000.00 Dollars. Consequently, we have filed two (2) Arbitration claims requesting the payment of the goods that have been used to save many lives.
