We assisted the Private Fund in the negotiation of master derivatives agreements with three local financial institutions for operation with derivatives including the collateral agreements to such operation before the banks. We help the client in analysing the terms and conditions of the operations and determine different issues that shall specified in each operation such as the events of defaults or the monetary threshold for cross default events, overdrafts cases, quotations, among others.
Derivatives agreements are sophisticated transactions that requires a hight legal of legal and product knowledge that our Firm can provide.
These operations help the client in its daily operations with the managed funds.
