We provided tax advice to Genomma on the acquisition of shares issued by the Mexican Company (related company) through an international loan granted by the International Finance Corporation – IFC Bank. Our team was involved from the structuring and planning stages to the negotiation and conclusion of the transaction. In fact, it required our intervention to close the business.
