The client has entrusted us with his representation in an important process for the collection in Peru of a millionaire debt of US$ 21´692,816.00, ordered by a New York Court against Mr. Carlos Carruitero, who is a businessman dedicated to the aeronautical and advertising sector.
The debt was established by a New York Court because it was determined that Mr. Carruitero, through his advertising agency, made improper charges to GENOMMA LAB within the framework of an advertising contract to represent them before the Univision television network.
The case is important for the client because Mr Carruitero has no assets on the USA, therefore, GENOMMA LAB requires to recover its money through collection before the Peruvian courts.
