We advised Google regarding a pilot project related to the application of the provisions of the Peruvian Antitrust Legal framework and the establishing of the expansion of a distribution model globally in order to understand any implications of this model for new countries and with new developers.
In this sense, we analysed the reasonability behind the distribution model and the game which was the object of the distribution.
In addition, we formulated several questions for a better understanding related to the model of the agreement that Google wanted to establish with the game’s developer as well as the earnback as a consequence of this.
