We provided assistance to Hogan Lovells regarding the legal requirements for the importation and use of medical devices in Peru. Accordingly, we prepared a report with the detail and analysis of the regulatory standards and provisions that must be complied before the Peruvian General Directorate of Medicines, Supplies and Drugs (DIGEMID) authority.
