We are advising Hytera regarding an administrative proceeding before the Commission of Repression of Unfair Competition of Indecopi (Peruvian Competition Authority) in relation with a complaint against a person who is using the name and reputation of the Hytera brand to gain an advantage in a procurement process with the State for the purchase of batteries. In this sense, we initiated the complaint with the formulation and submission of the document of complaint and the requirement of a precautionary measure (June 2023) as well as the absolution of the defendants’ defense arguments; several requirements and questions from the Commission to get additional answers and information to solve the case, which is still an ongoing proceeding
