The consumer complained that the airline had not refunded the unused tickets for medical reasons of one of the 5 passengers. We were able to file the complaint without liability for our client, given that airline tickets are governed by their conditions and fares. The tickets purchased were non-refundable and, in addition, the Consumer was offered other alternatives such as flight rescheduling, which was considered by the authority when making its decision.
