Infor (BARNEVELD) B.V. appealed and the INDECOPI Administrative Court declared the founded the infringement action but did not recognize the payment accrued for improper use of the source code.
Infor (BARNEVELD) B.V. initiated a legal action to challenge the administrative decision, the Court of First Instance declared the claim unfounded. Infor (BARNEVELD) B.V. appealed of the Resolution and the Supreme Court declared the claim founded, granting recognition of the accrued payment, for which the INDECOPI Administrative Court has issued a new resolution acknowledging the accrued payment, requesting that we present the liquidation and support for the cost of the code font. Moreover, Corporacion Grafica Navarrete lodged a lawsuit against the resolution that upheld the finding of copyright infringement. The trial court ruled against their claim. Subsequently, Corporacion Grafica Navarrete appealed this decision, and the procedure is currently pending resolution.
