Client Requirement: The client needs permanent advice regarding the sanctioning procedures initiated by the Immigration Department in relation to the payment of fines for the infringement to the immigration laws. Passengers enter into Peru without the requirements established by law. The fine amounts are between USD 2,350 and USD 3,540 (approx.) for each infringement. The client requires to file arguments to contradict the fines or to obtain a fine reduction, depending on the specific case.
Our Participation: Our participation includes legal assistance during the complete sanctioning procedure and for the prepare and presentation of legal arguments and documents that are necessary for it. In all cases, the fines imposed have been reduced during 2022. We are in charge of 20 cases -approx.- up to date.
Benefit for the Client: The Client obtained the economic risk reduction.
