The client requested our support in order to attend a claim received from a former client, which demanded the return of a sum of money for an alleged breach of contract related to imported goods.
In response to the request, we analyzed the facts and concluded that the client was not responsible for the refund demanded by the company. Thus, we elaborated the releases that were presented as a response to the claim. At present, the company ceased the actions it had initiated.
