The consumer filed a complaint against Lenovo for allegedly selling an unsuitable laptop and for poor product warranty coverage. The complaint was dismissed in favor of the customer.
The authority must verify the degree of participation of the supplier to whom the conduct is imputed. In this case, there was a second supplier who was in charge of the execution of the warranty, therefore, Lenovo is not liable.
