Lenovo (Asia Pacific) Limited Sucursal del Perú is a company dedicated to the sale of computers, portable equipment and software through its different distributors in the Peruvian market. LENOVO received advice on its participation in Public Tender No. 001-2022-INDECOPI to provide the leasing service of 1,700 computer equipment to the National Institute for the Defense of Competition and Protection of Intellectual Property – INDECOPI. LENOVO consultancy had to accredit the presentation of offers from its authorized distributors, for which reason the necessary documentation was prepared so that the offers of its distributors are considered admitted. Given this, one of LENOVO’s authorized distributors was awarded for the contract that had a referential value of US$ 3,880,000.00 approximately. Therefore, the advice was a success, since the contracting represented a significant percentage of the company’s annual sales in the country.
