The consultancy was complex because it implied that a controversy between more than 20 public entities for the delivery of certain computer equipment had to be elucidated. The reasons why the modification was feasible were legally supported and the corresponding legal framework was provided so that the execution of the contract would not be interrupted.
Likewise, within the framework of the advisory services, high-level meetings were held with the public entities, several requests for contract modification were prepared, different communications were prepared with the entities explaining that the equipment complied with the requirements and this involved a negotiation that continues to date.
