We advised Lenovo in an investigation for allegedly infringing literal (f) of Legislative Decree 1044 referring to an infraction of the Principle of Legality consisting of that it would not have complied with providing information on the minimum number of units available, in the advertisements published on the Lenovo website on October 26, 2021.
The authority ruled that the complaint was well founded and Lenovo was reprimanded.
